The hotel was fairly clean with great staff on shift. Appreciated great breakfast options with cappuccino, the open display food.

The hotel was adjacent to the City center and other interesting places and the botanical garden all around 10min drive away and halaal restaurants, mosque and shopping centre's thanks to its marvellous location. A few times I ate at Maestros, located just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Some of the staff were very unwelcoming.

There were functional & new-fashioned rooms with a private balcony overlooking Durban, the card to activate the electricity, excellent shower. Truly enjoyed the location in the common area on level two.

The location was great because it was adjacent to the suburbs, and golf course. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was more than adequate and reasonably good for vegetarians.

The hotel was in a very central setting about 6Km's from the beach area. Plus, it was near the center, Close to halaal restaurants, and the restaurant n toilets. My room was extremely spacious with a balcony.

We had a great stay here, with some really outstanding features. The hotel is really clean and well maintained, with excellent facilities onsite, including parking and transportation options. It’s not too far from everything, which makes it really convenient for getting around this city. We also loved the breakfast spread and the attentive staff who were on hand to help with anything we needed.
